1 of 1 found this helpful I just did the first workout #1201. I didn’t do it because I have feet problem. I just didn’t know where to start, so I thought start from the beginning. It’s only 23 minutes long and you could feel the burn of stretching muscles I don’t get to in my treadmill or other workout routine. However, the next morning I woke up with a spring in my step and my toes felt loser. INCREDIBLE!!!! I can’t wait to try the other workouts. Miranda’s book “Aging Backwards” made sense but now I am a true believer. Working all the muscles and joints is critical.
