I really like these, easy to use, easy to stow away on your day off.

A cheap but useful addition to the kitchen
4 of 4 found this helpful Pretty simple and straightforward to set up. Doesn't look out of place on the kitchen unit and is ready to use all the time. Dispenses your required amount hot or boiling water slightly quicker than the average electric kettle. The integral Brita filtered water is excellent addition to it. I live in a high water chlorine area so wanted a dual function dispenser.
The varying temp and quantity dials work fine and so far have delivered what asked to do.
The retractable drip tray is a good feature too. There are a few drips following use so I usually leave the cup in situ a couple seconds longer. I also place the mug on a small tupperware box to raise it slightly higher to the dispenser pipes as water does tend to splash as the mug fills but it's not much of an inconvenience really.
All in all, I'm very happy with the appliance.

Budget buy but ok
4 of 6 found this helpful Thrilled when it arrived today and began to assemble it this evening.
Pretty straight forward apart from the pedals;
The threads were dreadful getting to bite. No matter how many times I tried they began to cross thread each time.
I'm a mechanical engineer so know and understand what I'm doing.
In short, I had to re- cut the threads so it took a little of the gloss off getting it.
