It can be a soldering iron, hot air blower (I've done my first heat shrinking with it!!) or a hot knife.
What's not to like?
Build quality looks great so far and spares availability is good, so a long term investment.

Knobs....of the white porcelain kind...
I looked in B&Q at similar plain white porcelain knobs and they were at least three times the price!
These, at less than £1 per item, are a cheap and effective way to freshen up your kitchen units with little effort or expense. Well recommended.....

Forbidden Planet.
I don't think I can add much to the many reviews of this film, probably the best Sci Fi film of the 50's. Based on Shakespeare's The Tempest, the story is riveting and the special effects stand up to modern television scrutiny as the Blu Ray quality is excellent.
There are some extras in the form of 2006 US programmes with some of the original cast, most of whom are sadly no longer with us.
In summary, I never tire of watching this fiim. Well recommended...
