Amazing build quailty for the price
I got the 3800k model, it powers my 100w Fridge Freezer, 1000w oil heater and a 700w kettle, without any struggle, It provides all the power I need. Build quality is so much bettter to some generators I've seen, even the wheels have metal construction with built in wheel bearings, as most cheaper generators are just plastic with no bearings. Smart looking machine, though abit loud, I don't think it's 67dB what is quoted, but you can get around that, by moving the generator 20m away from the house. Being a petrol motor, I would highly reccomend attaching an Earth lead and ground spike, to prevent any static charge biuld up, which could catch fire, and so I would use a funnel to fill the petrol tank to avoid splashes, which is easily done. If your using E10 petrol, I would strongly advise to use stabilzer additive to prevent the fuel eating away at your rubber hoses and aluminium parts. E10 petrol is very corrosive and goes bad after 3 months. So I use the stabilizer additive which can keep the fuel good for 3 years. Hence why I prefer to switch the fuel tap to OFF position and stop the generator that way, to ensure all the fuel is fully burnt up in the carburretor and engine cylinder and so to prevent the carburretor being gummed up and clogged with old petrol. Like most generators when bought brand new, you have to drain the preserve oil first before filling up with 10w40 or 10w30 Engine oil, Never start up a new generator with the preserve oil in it, you will damage or wear out the engine, plus you will void your 2 year warranty, so please be careful. Overall build quality is amazing, it is abit heavy but you can lift it being 43Kg, though the handles and the wheels make very easy to move the generator around. I would recomend this generator to anyone wants a long lasting machine!!
