F7 A&B Window set.
1 of 1 found this helpful I am not sure why Athearn decided to make these window sets available, but I am happy they did. I have been slowly adding them to my engines that I have bought over the years, and they look much better with them. I also have been adding the window sets for the three different style athearn caboose that I have also bought . It inproves the look of them alot.

It is great for what it does. It is a geared axle that turnes the wheels in the engine trucks.I would recomend not putting NWSL whells in it,

Athearn ho 50'Mechanical Refer Pacific Fruit Express.
Do I recommend it? Yes, I do recommend it, but it is not for every one.
Is it Durable? Yes, as long as you take care of it. That is not to let very young children play with it, or try not to drop it or let it fall from your layout. Do not run it on carpeted floors. The fiber will get into it and keep the wheels from turning. It will do the same to the engine.
Is it entertaining ?Yes especially to a model railroader.
