  Arrived safely and within stated time frame, beautifully and appropriately packaged, thank you… but not the frame I ordered. I ordered the frame which was listed, 12x9 but received a 9 inch square frame, not at all what I wanted. The box which arrived in the package, folded up alongside the assembled frame is clearly not the box belonging to the frame I’ve been sent.Whilst the frame is in good condition, it is NOT 9 x 12 as required and ordered. Disappointing.
