  Before purchasing, I asked the seller if the box was in good condition as it is for a gift. Seller said it was in perfect condition and sent pictures.. When I received the item, the box is tatty on the corners and had a tear on the front, definitely not like the pictures the seller sent! The outer packaging wasn't damaged so not likely caused in transit. I contacted the seller who implied the box been swapped! I provided pictures of the damage and got no further replies from seller.
