Awful, forced humour on a situation that's just not funny
Bought this as a present for my girlfriend. We both love Greg Davies. Seen him at gigs, seen most of his TV work. Very funny guy. Until I had to endure this appalling series. My girlfriend enjoyed it but I found it excruciating. Why doesn't he just tell his daughter and new found husband to leave, I would. It's his house so his rules apply. He really needs to tell his daughter what a useless waste of space she's married, that'll do her no good whatsoever. I just don't find any of this funny, just painful. Awful programme, how did it get so many series is beyond me

Deceptive and Pointless
I thought "Brilliant" when I heard that the full version of The Shining was being released. So they put it out on Blu-Ray/DVD set (never understand the point of these, surely you want one or the other). If you have a Blu-Ray player, then great, you can play the full version. For us with just a DVD player the DVD in this set is the British "cut" version. WHAT IS THE POINT OF THAT? I already have the "cut" DVD version, I wanted, the advertised, FULL length version. Nowhere in the sales pitch, for this, is it stated that the DVD is the "theatrical cut," so beware.

It's a cheaply made film but it's not bad, if you know before you watch it, that it's bad
