Great Fiber Product
For many years I struggled to go to the bathroom. My sister introduced me to this product and I have been using it for 10 years now. I have no issues going to the bathroom. My IBS is gone and I feel great. If you are like me, I would take this Fiber everyday and you will go everyday. It takes 2 to 3 days before it starts working. It is not a good taste but the results are worth it. No more cramps for me.
