  I was very disappointed, I won the item, paid for it then was sent a refund that never arrived, when I contacted this seller they just told me to contact ebay, to this day, no refund, they were not helpful at all,

  Demanded 2 refunds. Both myself and EBay have proof that one refund was made in October. Threatened negative feedback so reported to EBay as an abusive buyer. Unfortunately I can’t get this feedback removed by Ebay as that has to be done within 90 days and I have been working away from UK Dec to Mar so was not monitoring my Ebay account. Must say that Ebay have been very helpful in assisting me as I have never had to report a buyer before.
