Decent quality Lift
3 of 3 found this helpful Generally pleased with the lift. Well packaged (sturdy plywood box). Easily assembled, one man operation, though care needed as lift heavy. Well made, excellent paintwork,worked as required immediately. Only problem is getting bike onto lift and onto centre stand. With the front wheel as far onto the lift as it will go the rear wheel is still on the loading ramp. As the latter is sloping downwards, the space for the centre stand to go over centre is far too small. I had to make a wooden addition to go on top of the loading ramp to raise the rear wheel sufficiently to allow the centre stand to work (then pulled out wood ramp). I don't see how this ramp could work with a paddock style rear stand. When the loading ramp is removed the bikes rear wheel extends quite a way beyond the end of the lift. Loading would be a lot easier with two people. Notwithstanding, it's great to have the bike at a comfortable working height!
