1 of 1 found this helpful received this extractor today to replace a shop vac i was trying to use on my triton thicknesser.
my original shop vac hose kept clogging up with wood shavings and overheating the thicknesser.. i would strongly recommend this lumberjack extractor with its 100mm hose and great suction i no longer have any shavings left in the unit .. problem solved .. only tiny problem is the triton thicknesser has a 53mm diameter outlet .. the nearest adapter supplied with the new extractor is 63mm ... luckily enough i own a laser cutter so made a few reducing rings to suit and glued them together to make a sleeve .... can’t recommend this extractor enough though ... delighted with it ..
