Location is everything.....
I fitted this fan two months ago as a DIYer. Our en-suite (2metre sq) has a window and condensation was a big problem. Black mould everywhere. It even got under the ceiling paint causing it to flake off. We had already upgraded the fan but still no good. I relocated this fan/light inside the shower cubical. Well what difference, no moist air is left in the room. No condensation whether the room is heated or not. All mirrors are clear. This fan unit is quiet, well designed, well manufactured and comes with great instructions. The timer is easy to set and the cool white LED 3 watt lamp works a treat. Very happy. We’re now planning to replace the fittings in this room. Thank you manrose uk for the fan and thanks to Wickes for the ready mix skimming plaster.

Burgman UH 125/200
This medium cover fits my Burgman 200 really well. No too baggy and no too tight (I had to get the small and large before it). The fit is great if you use a disc lock or chain and keep the handlebars straight. It’s light weight enough to roll up and chuck under the seat. I only just got it, but the quality seems like 20 quids worth.

Lever insulation
Just fitted these to my Suzuki Bergman 200 commuter. I ride in summer gloves in the winter because I have heated grips and bar muffs. I’m hoping these sleeves will insulate the levers as the cold metal chills to the bone 🙄. I used some fairy liquid which I dabbed on the end of the lever and eased the sleeve over the ball end. No heat required. Each one slid straight on with no fuss. Well happy with the fit.
