Makes for a tidy installation

Makes for a tidy installation, though be carefull of the size. The box tapers slightly towards the bottom and a spacer was needed to support the battery. Makes for a snug fit and battery doesn't move though. See photo of installation with battery chargers installed on the lid.

Genuine Kiwi Fotos lens plate – LP100

Does the job well, wouldn't be without them

I now have 6 of these Kiwi lens plates in various lengths on macro lenses, tele-zooms and heavy super-tele prime lenses. They lock tightly onto the lens foot (metal to metal) and don't twist like the rubber footed types. The lip on the end also helps prevent twisting and none have ever shifted. The paint is wearing a little on the oldest ones but they do get some use. Double dovetail means you could attach a flash bracket to the top of the plate.
