  Product is as described. I’m pleased with the sale. However, shipping was 19 GBP and the item arrived after nearly 2 weeks wrapped in Saran wrap with two strips of brown packing tape. SHAME. 19pounds and you couldn’t even spring for a shipping bag?

  I'm glad you were satisfied with the product. You paid me £3.45 postage fee which I was paid directly to Royal Mail for shipping. I've never received packaging complaints. I always ship within 3 working days. Regarding the Global Shipping Programme, that's managed by eBay. If you encountered any issues, reaching out to me directly would have been the best course of action instead of neutral feedback. SHAME
