I was recommended this as a way of helping with muscle spasms in my legs, being somewhat sceptical and not seeing a logical reasoning why it should work, I was eventually persuaded to give it a go. After the first time of rubbing it Into my legs within a few mins I began to notice a difference as the spasms had begun to calm down. I use this throughout the evening even having it by my bed so as when my legs become restless I can pay and get back to sleep...... therefore I thoroughly recommend.

Nose stud
I highly recommend this nose stud... apart from the gorgeous design... anyone with a nose aud will know that comfort is the number one priority and because of smooth finish of the stud, it does not catch, scratch or become irritating. .. I wear mine for months at a time and it remains as clear and new looking as the day I got it 10/10
