  Watch arrived with a strong musty/damp smell from the strap, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing. I messaged the seller politely asking for a small partial refund. He dismissed the issue, claimed the smell was “normal,” offered to swap the strap (with another of the same quality), and showed no apology or basic courtesy. After pushing back, I was offered just £4 on a £33 watch. Overall poor communication, no accountability, and not worth the hassle. Wouldn’t buy from this seller again.

Already blocked Mr bmpro007, so no, you won't - What goes around comes around, your shameful dishonesty will get the better of you, 30% a small partial refund? - You refused to accept a new strap, why, because there was nothing wrong with the first one? you were just trying to extort some money - No courtesy? - I responded to you within five minutes offering to replace the strap. I send out about 700 watches a year with this strap - Draw your own conclusions!
