Easy to put on, comfortable, and very effective.

It really supports my arthritic thumb, and helps me to avoid some of the most painful movements. I didn't give it 5 stars because the metal slide in splint tends to slide out by itself as I move my hand, so I had to put tape on to keep it in. However it is a most useful and helpful item.
