Le Creuset Balti Dish
I have both the 20 & 24cm Le Creuset Cast iron mat black Balti dishes and they are both fantastic.
I have an induction hob at present but gas would work just as well. The slightly textured surface is far better than the old style polished smooth enamel of the coloured Le Creuset as it absorbs liquids a little and allows food to colour and develop flavours rather than just boil in its own liquids.
I often cook on the hob - eg saute veggies and meat, then add liquids or even a pie crust and transfer straight into the oven. If you saute on low, say 4 on the induction hob then you can pick them up by the handles with no gloves to pop them in the oven.
The sizes are also good as I can handle each as they are not too heavy, they fit into the washing up bowl easily to soak while you eat. Serving size 4 with the big one as a casserole, pie or lasagne and 2/3 with the smaller on.
Tonight it's veggie pasta bake, so sauce in the small one, oven on, pasta in the big one, drain the pasta and back in the big one on the still hot hob, pour on the sauce, top with mozzarella, pick up by the handles and straight into the oven for 50 mins while I snooze!

Why go no fluoride?
Fluoride is used as a rat poison!
Why put that in your body knowingly?
This toothpaste is the only one we've found that behaves like 'normal' toothpaste in that it has bubbles - the bicarbonate of soda.
It tastes great too - like liquorice.

Foaming tooth paste with a great taste and no fluoride
To get a foaming toothpaste that has no fluoride is unusual, to get one that's not mint is really rare. This does an excellent job with no 'bad taste'!
