good product but arrived open
0 of 1 found this helpful I have used this product before, it is great. Unfortunately, there was a problem with this specific order, it arrived open. And it wasn't by accident, I mean it didn't get open in transit; it was torn open, you can clearly see it in the attached picture. I'm disappointed. I will have to count the pieces inside to see if any are missing.
