Don't buy from music magpie
12 of 14 found this helpful I've bought two iPhone 5s for my sins from music magpie, neither worked despite claiming to have been reconditioned and tested (which clearly they weren't). Their returns process takes weeks and all that while they keep hold of your cash. The fact that this happened to me twice in two times suggests it's likely to happen to others - to be honest they may even be knowingly sending the same broken phones out again and again. Refused my suggestion of a small voucher by way of an apology for hugely inconveniencing me and taking my money for a fortnight- I now see why, because it happens all the time. Steer. Well. Clear.
