  I am leaving neutral rather than negative feedback only because I have been denied all of the relevant information about this transaction. The coin, which I won at auction and paid for immediately, appears never to have been despatched. All requests for information from the seller have been ignored and Ebay has had to issue a refund. I find it difficult to comprehend how a seller, with a previous perfect record, can suddenly sink to this level. Very disappointing.
