  Only on this site do you get this. I believe when it comes to customer service it is important to be up front and honest with your customers. I don’t feel I got that here. It is misleading when your description and picture suggest one thing but in the fine print it’s something completely different. Cheated customers are not repeat customers. I now understand why the low feedback rating. Also now I find it to be over priced with a ridiculous shipping cost.

  Over £160 paid but no item ever received (now 5 weeks since my purchase & he's a UK trader). No communications at all until I finally opened a case a month after buying. Then a couple of apologetic messages promising 24 hour delivery. A week later still no item, and no further communications. I don't believe this person ever intended sending an item. I suggest avoiding this "trader".
