Had the heat I craved, but fell short overall
Packaged decently in vacuum seal bags, the aroma when cutting open was delicious with spice and heavy wood smoke. At first glance you can see the quality of the beef isn’t prime, hence the name “roadkill” a little chewy and fatty which was too bad cause the flavor profile was solid. For the price I would expect higher quality cuts. Overall C- to C. Keep exploring, with time and a few changes it has potential to be a great jerky.

Solid
Not overly spicy, i like a little more heat, flavor profile is good. Taste was semi sweet almost fruity and perfectly salted. It’s soy sauce heavy jerky, so if u like Asian/Japanese/Chinese Cuisine, you’ll love this jerky.Packaged nicely with good quality cuts of lean beef. Recommend, all around score B+

Usually the best, disappointing this time
Ive bought this 5-6 times before. It’s usually amazing quality so I don’t mind spending a little more. This time wasn’t pure casings. Mixed with sand and had bugs. Had to buy more from somewhere else.
