"JT's Best Cutomer Service"
1 of 1 found this helpful Received my Big Sucker filter by Priority Mail free of charge. Had no hardware to put on the bike. Called JT's they immediately sent hardware Priority Mail, no charge to me. I took the Filter out of it's wrapper lo and behold the hardware was inside the filter, where you could not see it. I immediately sent back the extra hardware Priority Mail and I reimbursed JT the $6.65 they spent to get the replacement hardware to me. "FANTASTIC" customer service. Would highly recommend buying parts from them..!!
