Cartirduge Failute - 0% use
Device used in: HP 3632 All-in-One Inkjet printer.
Upon receipt (prompt & well-packaged), I immediately prepared my computer and printer to use this in. I installed the cartridge (properly - verified by support, and attempted to print a test page. My printer gave an error, and would not proceed with the print. the HP smart app informed me of a "cartirdge error". At this point, i proceeded to remove the new cartridge, replace it with the old one (still had ~ 1/2 tank full of ink) My print job proceeded to print without issue (meaning printed on the old - not magnetic ink.) This tells me it is a cart error and not a device error, so upon reinstalling the now assumed- faulty cart back in to the printer, i opened up the HP smart app and connected to live support. After a few minutes of back - and - forth & diagnostics i was told that the chip that is on the cartridge is faulty, therefor not communicatng with the printer, rendering this product useless to me. Purchase at your own risk
