A buried 90s gem...
Aeon Flux deserves to be remembered and enjoyed by today’s teens. It’s right up there with The Maxx as an iconic miniseries that aired on MTV, or Much Music in Canada. This classy DVD boxset polishes the gem and presents it to modern fans of hyper-kinetic, stylish animation. Check it out!

Twenty-five years after the "Civil War"...
1 of 1 found this helpful Twenty-five years after Ken Burns's revelatory doc series "The Civil War," this soundtrack still gives me shivers. Yes, CD is a primitive digital format. But every track sounds nearly live through my audio set-up---a real testament to the format and to the recording/mastering engineers behind this memorable album!

Technics At The Top Of Their Game
Even without XLR outputs, the Technics SL-P1200 sounds great. Larger and heavier than it seems in photos, this machine is built to last. Of course, the laser might die soon. But you could also get months or years of CD bliss before that happens, so I heartily recommend this impressive CDP, or the SL-P1300 if you can find one.
