I'm a serious and responsible business. Sometimes shipping takes a while, but I always respond and stay up to date. Some customers are very harsh and unfair; they give ratings when it's not my fault. Unfortunately, we already live off comments, sometimes without caring who's right. eBay should improve this issue. God bless. I love art and I really like helping emerging Cuban painters, mostly.     Very sad about this experience. My item arrived late and broken into pieces. I refused it. I was promised in writing a repaired glass and frame. Instead, I was later offered it’d be sent without frame and glass. I did not accept. Seller was at least honest and refunded me full amount. I didn’t want a refund, I wanted the art piece with the frame and glass, as advertised. I’m never buying art from eBay again.
