Very nice
Very stylish, with lovely packaging. It's a gift so I haven't used it, but glass nail files are brilliant especially if your nails are soft, no rough edges.

Nice design, good quality
Seems good quality and nicely designed. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is that I was disappointed to see that they were made in China when I had been under the impression that they were made in Sheffield.

Inspiring book
This is a really inspiring book. I have tried just about every diet under the sun, but this time I feel really motivated by the health benefits explained in the book, which are backed up by some compelling medical evidence. I find the diet easy to stick to because it fits in with everyday living and it is really healthy because no food groups are excluded.
