Had to dig about to find out where I was collecting from. Rung Monday and was told that it wasn't a good day to collect due to staffing. Arrived Tuesday, did not feel overly welcomed and was not helped to load it into the car. But there again, I was leant a few tools to get the machine into transportable condition. Good machine with a bit of love and tightening. Little customer engagement or support. A 5/6 word description.
