everyone knows about ipods...
1 of 1 found this helpful iPods are great when they work...the only problem is, this is my 3rd one in my life. In general if you take good care of it, they'll last, but sometimes there are aberrations and/or flukes. My last one was only 2 years old when it crapped the bed. My new iPod Classic hasn't given me any problems yet. Seems good. Having 120 Gigs is amazing, I don't have to be selective about what movies/music I put on it. It's pretty great having an iPod with a hard drive almost the size of my entire computer. iPod's are so great that even when they break we buy new ones -- I just wish Apple's best selling product was more reliable. That's why I don't give the "excellent" rating.
