It seemed to worked but...
I'm not sure if it does its job well, but it has a poor design. I accidentally reversed the polarity when connecting it for the first time and the chargers hasn't worked since. It is relatively easy to add a reverse polarity safety and every charger that I have used has had one.
Even though most people would not have a problem with reverse polarity, it makes me wonder what other things they might have cheaply made. I guess this is what to expect from a $16 charger.
