1 of 1 found this helpful These are my second pair of marathons (HS420). The first lasted 4 years, prob 2000 miles and resulted in approx. 3 flats, so Yes they are relativly heavy, but it never bothered me and and I will continue my alligiance.

not recommended
This is an UNLINED housing, ie its steel cable on steel housing, these are made for lawn mower throttles- NOT bicycles. PLUS the cable end is smaller than standard diameter bmx/mtn. PLUS I was shorted, two housings, one cable.

Works great!
Not easy to install, but works great! Watch some YouTube videos, there's a bunch!
