Expands on the TV series, if you liked the TV series.
The screen adaption is very close to the book, but the book has better depth & context.

The thermometer was sold without the unusual batteries required. I can’t buy the batteries.
The thermometer needs two 3VDC AAA batteries.
The manual says ‘included.’ The listing didn’t include them. I can’t buy them anywhere. 3.2v, 3.7v rechargeable yes, but they don’t work.
Without the batteries, this product is a useless waste of time and resources.
