Do not overlook this Steve Morse Classic

I have been looking for this, the first "Solo" release from Steve Morse for a while, after hearing snippets from it along the way. It does not disapoint. Remarkable music, played by Steve and friends from the Dregs. Any aspiring guitarist should pay this some attention, and take some inspiration from this amazing guy. Musician, - composer and great player. Brilliant songs, with highlights "Ghostwind" and "Tumeni Notes" to check out first, if you are still not convinced. (These two can be found on youtube, played live with Dave LaRue (amazing Bass player) - or best viewed from the DVD Sects Dregs and Rock 'n' Roll - jaw dropping performances.) In summary, inspirational, and uplifting. Just a shame it's taken me this long to discover this - this recording is nearly 20 years old, but the best bit, is that Steve Morse just gets better - check out later releases, with Steve Morse Band and breathing new life into Deep Purple, - who I saw last year in Nottingham, with no sign of the colour fading.
