Jarvis Cocker returns
The king of Brit pop has really pulled out all of the stops with this album. I was shocked to truely understand how good it actually was. He manages to encompass a varying degree of musical styles to a very fresh and raw style of music that will have you waiting for the follow up. Highly recommended album to buy, definitely one of the better solo albums released, maybe even better than Richard Ashcroft!

Entourage - Series 1 top notch tv
I was unsure whether i would like this show about the new celeb lifestyle but, they pull it off with style. It is cool, witty and funny with the right amount of hollywood social stigma to make it a class act to watch.

Foo Fighters at the top of their game
This is truely a cracking album. Whereas other long time running bands of their calibar have started to show their age and lack of creativity (most notably the red hot chilli peppers stadium Arcadia) the foo fighters have shown their true versatile colours. They have embraced the subtle changes in 21st century music and put a lot of bands to shame. The most notable track on the a-side being Resolve or if you go for the 2 disc version which i highly recommend you will be treated to the insatiable Cold day in the Sun, nothing short of sensational.
