Versatile

I have numerous foam rollers of various shapes and sizes. This one sits a little higher and is pretty dense. I find it’s a little easier to get at deeper tissue and isolate trigger points.It’s very versatile. I’ve found it useful for rolling my back , shoulders and lats as well as hamstrings , glutes, calves , quads and hips.
