Unable to secure
While installing router loading disc failed. Had to set up manually and unable to make wireless router secure and private . Paperwork that came with product gives help phone number that instructed me that I was not eligible for service from D-Link. This is because product not purchased from them.

TOO BAD THESE REMOTES WEAR OUT SO RAPIDLY......
IT IS EXACTLY THE SAME AS ORIGINAL REMOTE SUPPLIED WITH PRODUCT.
WORKS JUST LIKE OLD ONE WHICH WE WORE OUT.
