Brilliant!
I actually bought this book for my daughter having heard the author being interviewed on the radio and learning that he, sadly through personal experience, really understood the meaning of the term 'metal mouth', which is the impact of chemotherapy on taste buds. My daughter's daughter has leukaemia and they are cooking some of his recipes together and enjoying eating the results very much. So thank you Ryan
