chain not strong enough

Looked great and in good order when arrived. Unfortunately, after one day in tree feeder was on the ground, the chain completely in pieces. Can only think a squirrel must have got to it and tried to get the birds fat balls out. Such a shame as it looked really good in the tree.

Easy to use product

Seems to be working, I understand that it takes a while to work on a large pond. So far, the water is getting less sludge coming through filter. So hopefully, pond will gradually improve. Time will tell. Have used Blagdon products over the years - a trusted company.
