I sent a message asking for a photo of the damage stating I would still have the item even if broken as could still be of use. I got no further reply. I will leave it there.

0 of 1 found this helpful I bought one of these from them and had nothing but trouble with it breaking down continually and parts failing often tried to get replacement but they ignored me and I still have a printer that does not work correctly so have packed it up ready to return

do not buy INVEST
if my title doesn't give you a clue on where this review is going you probably should read no further.
Not only is this product well thought out and made it also gives everyone with a ramps 1.4 or any other version the opportunity to run 24v heatbeds with a ramps board and a high grade mosfet straight off the PSU whilst feeding the 2 inputs of the ramps With 2 convertors. Due to the direct feed of the heat bed the mosfet takes all high current from the PSU direct to the bed and the ramps pulls very little to trip the bed on and off. At the great price he gave me for 2 units i will be ordering more to complete my next project of 3D Printer with 3D Laser Scanner and a Laser Cutter Engraver all in one machine, my best guess is possibly looking at 4 or 5 more units to play with.

perfect machine
i have had quite a few laser printers in my working life and I am sorry i never came across this companies models before. This model C511DN is so easy to set up it is brilliant, the consumables are well priced and the print quality is outstanding get one now and believe me you will not be disappointed.
