Great product/poor packaging
The product itself is wonderful. Unfortunately, the top of the pump broke off as it wasn't packaged well and the lotion spilled in the package upon arrival and it was messy. Fortunately, most of the lotion was still remaining in the bottle but it was a mess to clean up.
