Sellar informed me before it arrived that a different customer had found that the battery was no longer working due to the length of time between when it was originally purchased and the present day. Sellar offered to help me find an alternative battery supplier and partly compensated me for the additional cost. Seller also dropped off item helping me save delivery costs. Overall, very happy.
