Salter Fridge/Freezer Thermometer Analogue - Standing or Hanging Stainless Steel

Its inaccurate

Good. Well packed, easy to install or place. Bad My sister found that both her Freezer and Fridge were much warmer than she thought they should be. I was surprised and checked the reading using a calibrated Industrial thermometer. According to that check, the thermometer over reads by between 5 and 10 degrees at all times. We tried an empirical check by turning the fridge up to maximum. The following morning the milk was frozen hard but the thermometer still read + 8C. Well above freezing point. I did manage to stop my sister buying a new refrigerator as she thought hers was defective.
