Perfect if you need to fit 30mm cranks on BSA 73 mm.
Worked perfect for me, only needed the one 2.5 spacer and the wave spring. Cranks came with pre-load adjuster, which I needed to remove in order to get the cranks to spin freely on the bottom bracket. Place 2.5 spacer on non drive side and wave spring on drive side. Cranks torque from the drive side. After all was setup, their was no play and cranks spin perfectly.

Nice 1 hour workout.
Although the transitions from pose to pose are a bit slow, with a couple of dumbelss in your hand, does give it that bit of a challenge.
Don't go gun ho on the dumbbells, make sure they are between 3 - 5 lbs.
A good hour work out.

Small and bright for its size.
The slide button is a bit sensitive. Sometimes it turns on when I stick in my pocket.
