A long awaited enjoyable movie
1 of 1 found this helpful It was a great movie reminding me of the themes of other movies but the characters of Miss Fisher all there. The opening scene was quite wonderfully played by all the usual characters! It had the spunk of Miss Fisher. And FINALLY loved what happened with Miss Fisher and the Inspector but very understated after all these years!

Would have liked to have full length novels on each of the short story cases!
This is the first book of short stories I have read as I go through reading all of Agatha Christie's Poirot Mysteries. I am finding that the pace of which the mystery is solved is quite quickly resolved. I guess that I tend to like the longer versions of solving the mysteries with more embellished details. But that is just me. All who love Agatha Christie will enjoy this as well.
