Sleep Study

If you are not sleeping well the Zeo will help you understand what is happening while you "sleep". It will graph the following - time wake, REM, light sleep, and deep sleep. It will also give you total sleep time and number of times awake. By changing life styles and/or medications you can see the effects on your sleep. Please note: you will need a Android tablet and Zeo software to see results. The software will not work on Apple products. The software can be downloaded from the Play Store. Search "Zeo". Search Steve Gibson and/or GRC as he has a lot of information on care, maintaining, and repair of the Zeo as well as good information on sleep. In summary, a good product and an excellent price!
