Near flawless.

This has almost everything that All Over The World was missing. The only exceptions are "10538 Overture" and "Roll Over Beethoven", but those are just minor nitpicks. The CD comes in a nice Discbox that doesn't scratch it.

Unit failed to charge, resets/erases data every time.

I waited days to get this. When I got it, I could not be more disappointed. Every time I unplug the unit from the charger, it shuts down, and every time I put it back on the charger, it resets and destroys every bit of data I had! Not to mention mine didn't even come with the stylus... :(
