Phantom Thread weaves phantom music!
Wonderful score for the film Phantom Thread by Jonny Greenwood is compelling, simetimes dark, but at the same time quite beautiful with it's piano interludes.

2 classic David Raksin scores...AWESOME!
When I purchased this 2 CD set, I was under the impression it was all on one disc, as the prior release of LAURA by David Raksin was paired with a truncated version of Bernard Herrmann's JANE EYRE on Fox label several years ago. I was pleasantly surprised to find both soundtracks to Laura and The Bad and the Beautiful have their own disc, with the complete soundtracks to both great Raksin scores! The sound is terrific on both discs, and it is so satisfying to have the complete soundtrack to Laura at last, as the prior Fox release was truncated as well as Jane Eyre. The shorter version appears towards the end of the Laura disc as Theme and Variations track.
This double CD is a fantastic value for any classic film soundtrack collector! 👌
