Calligraphy set insufficient ink flow to page.
The ink flow from point to paper is unacceptable. The pen requires extreme pressure and still skips significantly especially on upstrokes. I tried it on various paper surfaces; none were satisfactory. Medium point would be ideal for me if ink flow worked. I've used Parker fountain pens for decades and the last two I purchased have been severe disappointments. The Sterling Silver Cisele is one of several I've owned and the current one is in use daily for at least 8 years.
